How it works
Our partnership with the Department of Defense (DOD) SkillBridge Program includes a range of initiatives, including:
1. Tailored Training Programs: We will offer customized training programs designed to address the specific needs and career aspirations of participating DOD personnel. These programs will cover a diverse array of topics, from technical skills to leadership development, ensuring a well-rounded and comprehensive learning experience.
2. Mentorship and Coaching: Our team of experienced professionals will serve as mentors and coaches, providing guidance, support, and invaluable insights to help SkillBridge participants navigate the transition process successfully. Through one-on-one mentorship sessions and group coaching activities, we aim to foster personal and professional growth, equipping participants with the tools they need to excel in their chosen fields.
3. Hands-on Experience: SkillBridge participants will gain real-world experience through internships, externships, and other hands-on learning opportunities within our organization. These experiential learning experiences will allow participants to apply their newfound skills in a practical setting, building confidence and expertise as they prepare for their post-military careers.
4. Networking and Career Development: We will facilitate networking events, career fairs, and other networking opportunities to connect SkillBridge participants with potential employers, industry professionals, and fellow veterans. These networking opportunities will enable participants to expand their professional networks, explore career pathways, and access job opportunities across various sectors.

Provide transportation of our vehicles to urban or remote locations for healthcare events, Safe, lawful transportation to the event site, and/or for return of vehicle after the event, or transport from one event to another, Completing documentation for vehicle operation and maintenance (logs/reports), Ensuring the correctness of paperwork, Safely operate vehicles in accordance with VTL and our corporate Policies and Procedures, Working closely with the Operations Manager and CEO to improve efficiency and support existing customer relationships, Ensuring transport compliance at every stop, Operating vehicles in accordance with OSHA and DOT requirements as well as local, state, and other federal requirements, Co-responsible for maintaining the safety and cleanliness of vehicles (with other mobile staff members), Lead by example for other team members, Assist patients in check-in and insurance process. This position involves learning a variety of tasks, including designing digital marketing campaigns and performing market research. We're seeking to develop a creative, goal-oriented professional who would like you to be part of our team and share innovative ideas to achieve our targets. Ultimately, you will learn how to assist in creating social media and online content for our company's brand strategy.

The purpose of this training program is to introduce or continue to fine-tune a potential employee's skill set. In this training, a person will receive a knowledge base of various modalities of medical imaging devices such as General X-ray, mammography, ultrasound, networking, CT, and the use of testing equipment. They will learn the PM procedure for each modality. They will learn the basic use and function of the equipment. They will learn how to work with the tools and equipment for those skills safely. All of this helps to build the candidate into a valuable field service engineer to help us maintain equipment for our customers.

Rezolut's location in Tucson, AZ, is seeking fabricators for our fast-paced shop. The ideal candidate will possess carpentry, general construction, mechanical, and/or metal fabrication skills to assist in custom buildouts of Coaches/RVs and Trailers for mobile medical imaging. We customize and build our mobile medical units from the chassis up for our customers and in-house fleet; these units include climate control/HVAC, generators, bathrooms, exam rooms for radiology, and high-end interior finishes.
