(collectively “Shin Imaging”), and St. Jude Medical Center (“SJMC”), of Providence St. Joseph Health. Shin Imaging is a multi-modality medical imaging provider serving the Greater Los Angeles Metropolitan area.

Rezolut Medical Imaging, LLC (“RMI”), a high-growth medical imaging business and portfolio company of Sunny River Management (“SRM”), has acquired Open MRI & Allentown Diagnostic Imaging dba Open MRI of Allentown (“Open MRI”). Open MRI is a multi-modality medical imaging center proudly serving the Greater Lehigh Valley. This is RMI’s first completed acquisition for 2020.

Clovis is a multi-modality medical imaging center located in New Mexico. The acquisition of Clovis is an exciting addition to Rezolut Medical Imaging, expanding the company’s regional presence in the Southwest.

Rezolut Medical Imaging, LLC (“RMI”), a high-growth medical imaging business and portfolio company of Sunny River Management (“SRM”), has acquired Medical Imaging Specialists (“MIS”). MIS is a recognized consulting firm in the Northeast operating six outpatient imaging centers including Fair Lawn Imaging, Hazleton Imaging, New Rochelle Radiology, Capital Imaging, Vision Imaging of Kingston, and Hudson Valley Imaging.
