Envision Radiology Acquires Rezolut, strengthening National Imaging Services, Advancing Shared Mission of Improving Lives
COLORADO SPRINGS, January 6, 2026 – Envision Radiology announced the acquisition of Rezolut, a national diagnostic imaging organization known for its innovation, growth mindset, patient-centered care, and commitment to clinical excellence. The acquisition was finalized on December 31, 2026, marking a defining milestone for both organizations and setting the stage for a unified future in outpatient imaging.
This partnership reflects a shared purpose: improving lives through unmistakable quality and spectacular service. The organizations will serve patients at more than 100 centers nationwide, expanding access to high-quality imaging across more than 20 states. Rezolut’s 42 outpatient centers, in-house mammography programs, mobile women’s imaging services, and equipment service line complement Envision’s strong national footprint and industry-leading reputation.
